**Our dryer stopped working a couple of weeks ago. It wouldn’t even start. My husband tried some things after looking at possible solutions on YouTube, but nothing seemed to work. So we called Able Appliance due to a referral from my brother. They were able to schedule an appointment in less than 24 hours. Rob came out and checked out the dryer. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to locate the problem very quickly. In fact, it wasn’t the dryer at all but the power outlet needed replaced. He explained what we needed to do to replace the outlet and how to test the wires. My husband was able to pick up the part on his way home from work and replaced the outlet in about 10 minutes. Wow! the dryer works again. And what a shock to get all of that knowledge and advice at no charge. We will definitely call Able Appliance first when we have a problem!**
**Our Maytag refrigerator broke on Tues night. I started looking online for Maytag repair places and came across the Able website. I knew nothing about them but read their reviews and they all sounded good. I called Wed morning about 7 am and they sent someone out at noon which was the earliest I could be available that day. Rob was our service person and he was very prompt – we were never given one of those 2-4 hr windows which I really appreciated. Rob looked at the refrig and needed to get a part. He told me the approximate cost of the part & said he would go see if he could get one. He said he would call me in 15 min to let me know if he was successful and could come right back – or if he’d have to schedule for the next day. He called, found the part and had the whole thing done by 1:15. I will definitely use Able again and will recommend them to others.**

I reached out on a neighborhood social media site for an appliance repair company for my stove. I got 3 company names, and called them all. Able was recommended by more neighbors than the other 2. After calling all 3, I went with Able, and am very glad I did. They were very reasonable, they came when they said they would, and the technician, Joshua was good about explaining everything. The job was done right. Excellent. I recommend to anyone in need of appliance repair.

Mark was reliable, efficient and very helpful in answering my questions and explaining the problem with my refrigerator. Also his easy going personality made his visit an enjoyable experience. I will certainly recommend him and Able Appliances to friends and neighbors.

Our washer was overflowing. Called Able Appliance, Our first contact on the phone was a pleasant, efficient lady who took my request for the repair. She schedualed a time convenient for us. On the schedualed day. Mark the technician call in advance with arrival time, when he arrive his was pleasant, efficient and replaced the washing machines water valve in a short time. Thank you for the job well done.

We were able to get repair a day early due to a cancellation. John Gandy and his apprentice (sorry, forgot his name) assessed the problem (frozen over freezer) and set to work repairing it. Knowledgeable, personable and polite. They even swept behind the fridge while it was pulled out! One small caveat: they figured the sales tax slightly more than it should have been. But, I wasn't planning to spend almost $300 on freezer repair when I woke up that morning, so a small amount more doesn't matter much.

We have used Able Appliance before when a washing machine valve failed. Now, it's the dishwasher that is leaking. I was given an afternoon appointment window. As promised, Joshua called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived on time. He quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem, priced parts and labor for a repair, and discussed brands and alternatives with me. We have not yet decided what to do (repair or replace), but the service call fee was more than worth it for Joshua's expert diagnosis. Very professional. Thanks again.

Our Kenmore dryer had been acting up the last few weeks until last Thursday when it would hardly turn. I found Able Appliances' website and filled out my info on line.They called back to set an appointment for Saturday between noon and 2pm. Rick called on his way to ask about the problem we'd been having and was pretty sure what it was and had a kit on his truck to fix it ! Less than an hour later our dryer was running like brand new !He showed us the old part and explained why it had failed before he installed the new parts. He did a great job ! Very professional and knowledgeable ! I would definitely recommend Rick and Able Appliance to friends and family ! Great Job! Thank you!

We have always used Able Appliance since we bought our house. After being in the house a year, our furnace. stopped working .And my husband called Able. They came out and could not fix it as it was over 30 years old. Bought a new furnace and air conditioning . The few times we have had trouble with units we have always called Able. They have always been great. No problems. Always on time. Always able to get things fixed for a reasonable price. I will always call them.

Our 18-year old never serviced Kitchen Aide washer stopped spin cycle and wouldn't fill with warm or hot water without a lot of vibrations/noise. Told Charlie this over the phone when he called to confirm he was en route to the appointment and he correctly diagnosed both issues over the phone - broken motor mount and water valve. Also suggested a quick fix to improve heat/air flow on matching 18-year old dryer. One hour later good as new and best $200 parts and labor I have spent in a long time. May these workhorses outlast us! I give Able Appliances and Charlie a 100% customer satisfaction rating and highest recommendation!
