**Our dryer stopped working a couple of weeks ago. It wouldn’t even start. My husband tried some things after looking at possible solutions on YouTube, but nothing seemed to work. So we called Able Appliance due to a referral from my brother. They were able to schedule an appointment in less than 24 hours. Rob came out and checked out the dryer. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to locate the problem very quickly. In fact, it wasn’t the dryer at all but the power outlet needed replaced. He explained what we needed to do to replace the outlet and how to test the wires. My husband was able to pick up the part on his way home from work and replaced the outlet in about 10 minutes. Wow! the dryer works again. And what a shock to get all of that knowledge and advice at no charge. We will definitely call Able Appliance first when we have a problem!**
**Our Maytag refrigerator broke on Tues night. I started looking online for Maytag repair places and came across the Able website. I knew nothing about them but read their reviews and they all sounded good. I called Wed morning about 7 am and they sent someone out at noon which was the earliest I could be available that day. Rob was our service person and he was very prompt – we were never given one of those 2-4 hr windows which I really appreciated. Rob looked at the refrig and needed to get a part. He told me the approximate cost of the part & said he would go see if he could get one. He said he would call me in 15 min to let me know if he was successful and could come right back – or if he’d have to schedule for the next day. He called, found the part and had the whole thing done by 1:15. I will definitely use Able again and will recommend them to others.**

Thank you for sending Rick to save our frig one more time with quick diagnosis and repair ---that same appliance he worked on previously for other issues is going to keep on going for awhile. He really knows his stuff! He also gave us a little guidance on other appliance issues in our home. Keep this up and Able will always be our go-to service company.

Had John with Able Appliance out to repair my refrigerator . Talking to him I asked if they did air conditioner / furnace . The AC went out and he sent Josh to estimate the cost of new furnace and air conditioner. Came back in few days installed the units in an upstairs attic . The heat was over 95 degrees that day he worked until 9:00 pm to finish. Josh was very professional with the installation and clean up . Highly recommend Josh and Able appliance .

Called for repair on ice maker n my Kitchenaid refrigerator got appointment in few days . John came out and saw the problem had to order part and came back the next day to install it . He also fixed a slow water line to water dispenser at no charge. Very happy and would use them again . Highly recommend them !

Our dryer wasn't putting out any heat to dry our clothes and so I called Able Appliance since my coworker friend had highly recommended them. I was a little sad that they couldn't work me in right away but I totally understand how busy they can be. An appointment was scheduled on a day that I couldn't be home since I work full time and they were flexible with scheduling me on that next Friday when I was scheduled off.I had a full morning planned that morning but Alan called me right at 9:00am and said he would be there by 9:30am. I needed to leave to run an important errand but told him that my adult son was home until he left for work at 11:00am. Alan was great at calling me when he got there with his diagnosis and what he recommended and I had felt very comfortable with leaving my credit card on the washer for him to run when he was finished.I didn't get a chance to ever meet him in person but over the phone, he was very professional and thorough and recommended what we needed to do in the future so that the same problem doesn't come up again. He helped keep our 10+ year old dryer in top working order and hopefully for another 10 years. Thank you, Alan!

My Samsung front load dryer would not heat up to dry a load of clothes. John was assigned to come out and diagnose the problem. John called to get a description of what was happening and when he arrived had the part with him. John quickly assessed the problem and replaced the heating element. He also showed me exactly where the part broke and explained how it happens.John even removed excess lint around the belts and advised me to plan to replace them in a year or so. My dryer runs very well now and John had it up and going in under an hour!John is the best and Able Appliance is fortunate to have such an experience technician on staff.I recommend this company highly and will definitely call on them again!!!

A drain pump had to be replaced and Zach already had the replacement in his truck. The repair was fast and Zach was knowledgeable! Great customer service!

This is the 3rd time I've called Able and every time I'm completely happy with the service. Alan came and worked on my washing machine. He kept in touch with the time that would work best for him to come and he made sure he came back with the part as soon as he possibly could. I love this company and Alan is the best!
