Meet the Business Owner: Vicki Haynes
My name is Vicki Haynes and I started this company in 1983. My family has been in the appliance repair business for over 40 years. I moved to Kansas City to be closer to my Son. Once I was here I wanted to use the skills and knowledge I had acquired diligently working in the family business. I wanted to start up my own family business, and begin making a life for myself and my family.
My goal was to build and maintain long-term relationships with my clients. I wanted Able Appliance to become a house hold name. I believe that kindness and generosity are the most important aspect of owning a business. My passion and beliefs of providing outstanding customer service has played a huge role in the success of Able Appliance.
