Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update for Our Customers

Our customers are very important to us.

We are committed to supporting our community and our customers during the emergence of the COVID-19 strain of Coronavirus.

We wanted to let you know that as a business that serves the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area, we are taking every precaution possible for you, your family, and our technicians during this time to help mitigate the spread of the Coronavirus.

We will be carefully monitoring our technicians, and ensuring that we are following the guidelines issued by the CDC and the Kansas City Public Health Department. If at any time our technicians are sick or showing any signs or symptoms, they will be sent home.

Since the nature of our business is to serve those living in our community, we want our customers to know that our office will remain open and we will be operating normal hours to help assist those in need of appliance repairs. However, if any member of your household is ill or is having symptoms of COVID-19, we will be happy to schedule an appointment at a later time. This ensures the safety of our technicians as well as our community.
