**Our dryer stopped working a couple of weeks ago. It wouldn’t even start. My husband tried some things after looking at possible solutions on YouTube, but nothing seemed to work. So we called Able Appliance due to a referral from my brother. They were able to schedule an appointment in less than 24 hours. Rob came out and checked out the dryer. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to locate the problem very quickly. In fact, it wasn’t the dryer at all but the power outlet needed replaced. He explained what we needed to do to replace the outlet and how to test the wires. My husband was able to pick up the part on his way home from work and replaced the outlet in about 10 minutes. Wow! the dryer works again. And what a shock to get all of that knowledge and advice at no charge. We will definitely call Able Appliance first when we have a problem!**
**Our Maytag refrigerator broke on Tues night. I started looking online for Maytag repair places and came across the Able website. I knew nothing about them but read their reviews and they all sounded good. I called Wed morning about 7 am and they sent someone out at noon which was the earliest I could be available that day. Rob was our service person and he was very prompt – we were never given one of those 2-4 hr windows which I really appreciated. Rob looked at the refrig and needed to get a part. He told me the approximate cost of the part & said he would go see if he could get one. He said he would call me in 15 min to let me know if he was successful and could come right back – or if he’d have to schedule for the next day. He called, found the part and had the whole thing done by 1:15. I will definitely use Able again and will recommend them to others.**

Our 6 year old GE side by side refrigerator stopped providing water and ice. John worked relentlessly until he found the solution and it was not an easy solution! We are thankful for John's time and perseverance and that he found the solution!!
We are repeat customers of Able Appliance Repair and will use them again.
I will use Able Appliance again. The LED lighting had been flickering in my refrigerator. I received a quick response and a repairman to assess the problem. He knew the action to be taken but what he found out is that part numbers were discontinued. He explained they were nearly twice as expensive but I decided to have them ordered. They arrived within a week and Jason, my repair person came back and installed what was needed.
Able Appliance arranged for Robert to visit my home within two business days of my call to repair the door hinge of my microwave.
He was efficient and accomplished the task in less than 40 minutes.
Nathan did a great job with our ice maker. He kept trying things until it was fixed. He also fixed our oven on another occasion.
Jason was very quick and knowledgeable. He fixed the horrible noise that the dryer was making. It turned out to be the belt roller. Thank you, Jason! I also want to say that I like all the texts about when we were scheduled and when Jason would come to the house.
Alex quickly diagnosed the problem (board controlling the compressor died) and replaced the board to get our GE Profile refrigerator/freezer running again. Thank you!
Daniel responded quickly to repair our dishwasher and got it working again in no time. He was pleasant and professional. For any other appliance repairs we will contact Able Appliance Repair.
This company is one of the best companies we’ve ever dealt with. A lot of others cannot compare. We’re very fortunate to have contacted such a well ran company. Even our tech had a lot of great things to say about Able. Which of course we gave him an excellent review as well.

Marcus did a great job for us! Our LG refrigerator was having problems and he was able to fix it with no problems. We'll definitely use them again when we need to!
