With an impressive 35 years of hands-on experience in the industry, Alan is a highly respected Appliance Repair Technician serving the greater Kansas City (KC) area. Over the decades, he has encountered and resolved nearly every appliance issue imaginable, earning a reputation for his deep technical knowledge and unwavering reliability. He views his role not just as a technician, but as a problem-solver who takes genuine pride in helping his neighbors overcome frustrating household disruptions and restoring comfort to their homes.

When he is off the clock, Alan is an avid outdoorsman who embraces an active lifestyle. You can often find him perfecting his swing on the local golf course or enjoying the quiet patience of fly fishing.
